• Use unauthorized third-party automated bots, speed hacks, macro injection scripts, or modified clients that provide an unfair advantage over standard players.
• Attempt to attack, exploit, disrupt, degrade, or flood game servers, WebRTC signaling channels, or peer-to-peer room connections.
• Exploit software glitches or memory vulnerabilities for malicious purposes or griefing.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abuse through customizable in-game nicknames or room chat.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate disconnection, temporary blacklisting, or a permanent room ban.

Splitr. is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, zero latency, or error-free gameplay. Match results and transient game states are ephemeral and subject to network conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators, operators, or hosting providers of Splitr. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game arena.
